We are delighted to confirm that the reigning Vitality Blast Champions, Somerset CCC will be returning to South Devon CC on Tuesday 16th June for a showpiece T20 match to celebrate Lewis Gregory's 2026 Testimonial Season, as well as our own 175th Anniversary.

"Lewis has been an exceptional player and leader for Somerset for a number of years" said club secretary Ian Shepherd, "We love having Somerset here for Testimonial matches and have had nothing but great feedback from all our guests over the years. It's a chance for the whole town to come together and watch some of the best cricketers from around the world do what they do best on your doorstep!"

The match will be preceded by a gala luncheon where diners will hear from Lewis and other sporting celebrities to be confirmed, and a VIP marquee will be available during the match to watch from the best seats in the house!

What time does the match start?
5:30 - gates open at 3:30

Can I bring my own food / alcohol?
Due to licensing laws you are not permitted to bring any alcohol into the ground. You may bring your own food. There will be catering around the ground before and during the match.

How much are tickets?
General Admission is £10 for Adults, £5 for Under 18s and Under 5s go free.
SDCC Junior Members will also be admitted free of charge.
General Admission is only available on the gate on the day, there are no pre-sales.

Will there be seating available?
There will be a limited amount of public seating available - we recommend you bring your own portable chairs.

Are Dogs Allowed?
Well-behaved dogs are allowed as long as they are kept on a lead at all times.

What time does the Marquee Open?
The Marquee will be open from 3:30.

Can I buy a Marquee ticket on the day?
Due to catering requirements, you won't be able to upgrade to the Marquee on the day. All Marquee tickets must be purchased by Thursday 11th June.

Will there be parking available?
There will be limited parking available in the Rec Trust car park from 6pm, but a space cannot be guaranteed. There is also parking available in the next-door Cricketfield Road Car Park. If you are attending the lunch then you will be contacted separately regarding your parking arrangements.
